The option for return of any order/product can be exercised only within 7 days of receipt of the order. This means that once you have received the order, you have to put in a request for return within 7 days of receipt of such order, clearly specifying the reason for return. The Company reserves the right to reject the requests for returns which do not disclose a tangible and cogent reason for such return or in such cases where the customer frequently or habitually has been in the practice of making such repeated requests for return of goods. The terms of return and exchange shall be additionally governed by the policy and terms of the Seller Agreement to which the customer has consented at the time of making the original purchase.
The customer requesting return shall ensure that the product being returned should be in optimum condition, new as it was delivered and is not used, washed, worn or broken or tampered with. It should be returned in the same condition as it was received.
The customer requesting return shall also handover the original receipt received along with the product at the time of delivery and shall also return the original packaging, user manuals and booklets etcetera including all articles received with the original consignment. Without the receipt, no return will be initiated. The Customer seeking return/exchange must ensure that all marking and packaging labels and price labels are intact and duly placed on the product as it they were placed on the new product as received.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product being returned/exchanged should be in the same condition as it was delivered at the users registered address.
The product should not be washed/worn/ used/tampered with and the tags punched on the product should not be removed.
The customer seeking return of a product shall have to submit adequate and sufficient proof by way of proper photographic and video evidence to establish that the product in question was indeed received in the faulty condition and for doing so the customer is required to make proper video of the unboxing/unpacking of the product after receiving the same and the same videos shall have to be provided as a valid substantive proof establishing that the product being returned is indeed the same product that was received by the customer.
In the absence of such adequate photographic / video evidence of the unpacking, any claims for returns shall be dropped instantaneously.

Once the returned products reach the company’s warehouse, the same shall be sent for quality check and further needful assessment and subsequent to the assessment and enquiry, the return shall be accepted and facilitated. Any refund / return shall only be made after the approval from the concerned seller / merchant and refund, if any, shall be credited to the same Account from which the payment was collected at the time of making the purchase.
In case of cash-on-delivery orders, the amount so to be refunded shall be credited in the KwickShop wallet of the customer.
No return for on-sale products
Goods purchased under discount schemes. Sale and reduced paid-up modes shall not be eligible for any exchange/ return or refund.
Any exchanges sought due to transitional breakage or defects in the goods shall only be facilitated in terms of the exchange policy. Any exchange shall only be facilitated if the concerned merchant holds a valid exchange policy qua the goods sold through this website. All requests for return/exchange must be initiated by filling proper forms within 7 days from receipt of such order. Subsequently our logistical support staff shall pick up the order from the address at which the goods were delivered. In such cases, a nominal pick-up fee for the same will be deducted from the refund to be initiated against the customer. For any off-site warranty claim and repair, the cost of pick up shall have to be borne by the customer.
This exchange policy is exhaustive but still the Company reserves the right to examine all such claims and cases individually on a case to case basis and accordingly conduct investigation in case of suspicious transactions and rest its decision to facilitate the return or otherwise, on the basis of such enquiry or investigation
